Can I use my existing email client?
Yes. The Lord Mail supports IMAP and SMTP, so it works with Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird and any other standard client. Calendar and contacts sync over CalDAV and CardDAV.
Can I move my old email over?
Our import tool copies messages, folders and contacts from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and any IMAP account. Most mailboxes finish in under an hour.
Where is my data stored?
In our own hardware in Frankfurt and Amsterdam. Backups are encrypted and never leave the European Union.
How do you make money without ads?
Paid plans fund the service. We do not sell data, show ads or scan your mail for marketing. Free accounts are supported by paying customers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Downgrade or cancel from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and your data stays exportable.
